To fill your pillow, we recommend 1- 20 ounces bag of 100% Polyester Fiber Fill. Sold at any local craft store at a fraction of the cost of shipping you a pillow form. ~Filling your pillow is easy to do and you can fill it to your desired firmness. ~Canvas is a natural fabric which comes with slight imperfections and unique traits. These are not to be considered flaws and add to the rustic charm of natural products!
